Three parts of equipment and seven parts of installation, Magnetic level gauge In order to ensure the best precision and stable operation, the following points must be done during installation.
1、 Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic float (Note: the heavy end is magnetic and the end is upward, not upside down).
2、 During commissioning, the upper pilot valve shall be opened first, and then the lower valve shall be opened slowly, so that the medium can enter the main pipe smoothly (the medium shall not impact the float rapidly during operation, which will cause dramatic fluctuation of the float and affect the display accuracy). Then, observe whether the magnetic red and white balls turn over normally. Then, close the valve of the lower lead pipe and open the blowdown valve to let the liquid level in the main pipe drop. Operate according to this method After three times, if it is normal, it can be put into operation (except for corrosive and other special liquids).
3、 According to the medium condition, the main pipe should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities.
4、 For the liquid level gauge with a certain length (ordinary type ＞ 3M, anticorrosive type ＞ 2m), it is necessary to increase the middle reinforcement flange or lug as the fixed support to increase the strength and overcome its own weight.
5、 Magnetic materials are not allowed to get close to the magnetic flap level gauge body, and it is forbidden to fix it with iron wire, otherwise the normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge will be affected.
6、 If the user uses the heat tracing pipeline by himself, the non magnetic material, such as copper pipe, must be selected. The heat tracing temperature is determined according to the medium condition.
7、 The installation of the magnetic flap level gauge must be vertical. The ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the vessel lead pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning.
8、 The float should not contain impurities in the medium, so as to avoid blocking the solid.
9、 Before use, the small balls below the zero position should be set red with the correction magnetic steel, and the other balls should be white.
10、 The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium, so as to avoid the rapid change of the local area of the material fluid and affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement.
11 Magnetic level gauge After leaving the factory, it has been fully debugged and assembled. After arriving at the site, the first step is to clean up the equipment to be installed on the site.
12、 Prepare the necessary tools and bolts for installation, as well as the turnover indicator calibration bar supplied by the manufacturer.
13、 Wipe the field flange, adjust the position of the equipment flange and align it with the flange of the magnetic flap level gauge. The main body of the magnetic flap level gauge must be kept vertical, and then install the bolts into the four holes of the flange with tools.
14、 When equipped with remote transmission instrument (UB or UK), the following items should be done:
1. The zero position of remote instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of liquid level gauge.
2. The connection between remote supporting instrument and display instrument or industrial computer should be laid separately through protective tube or shielded two core cable.
3. After the wiring hole of the junction box is laid, it is required to be well sealed to avoid rain, moisture and other invasion, which may cause the remote supporting instrument to fail to work normally. The junction box should be covered in time after maintenance or commissioning.
4. It is forbidden to use iron hoop to fix the gauge.
5. The sensing surface of remote instrument should face and close to the main pipe.
