YJV series V Cone flowmeter Installation method:

1. Pipeline flange type: it refers to the installation flange at both ends of flowmeter. The connection with installation flange (also known as user flange) with the same specification at both ends of process pipeline is a common structural form and applicable caliber( DN50mm 3000mm )。 This form is suitable for separate installation of throttling device and differential pressure transmitter. It is usually used to measure steam flow and other high temperature media.

   two Flange clamping type: it is used for the installation of small orifice flowmeter, and the process pipeline of each flowmeter only needs two Flange. The flange is clamped between the two flanges for welding. The installation method is similar to that of vortex flowmeter (≤ 300mm )The installation method is the same.

   three Small diameter integrated type: applicable diameter ≤ DN40mm , medium temperature ≤ one hundred and twenty The temperature of the liquid. The differential pressure transmitter is directly combined with the tower flowmeter to form a whole. There is no pressure pipe, pressure measuring valve and three valve group between them. It makes the installation very simple (the same as that of vortex flowmeter). When the differential pressure transmitter adjusts the zero point, it needs to close the valve of the process pipeline, so it can be adjusted to zero.

Note: this installation method can not be used for measuring high temperature medium, because high temperature medium will enter the measuring room of differential pressure transmitter and damage the measuring diaphragm of transmitter.

   four Pipe butt welding type: it refers to the connection between tower flowmeter and process pipeline without flange (flowmeter body has no flange), and the flowmeter and process pipeline are directly welded together during installation.
